Meet the Pastor
Ron Jesse, LLM
Greetings Friends,
I would like to introduce myself; my name is Ron Jesse; I am the pastor at Steuben Congregational United Church of Christ. I have been serving this church since January of 2017 after answering God’s call. It has been a pleasure to serve this congregation in worship and fellowship in the name of Jesus Christ. I am a licensed lay minister trained by the Northwest Ohio Association of the United Church of Christ in Tiffin, Ohio.
Prior to God’s call to Steuben, I taught adult Sunday school at my home church in Bellevue, Ohio, as well as serving for over 20 years on the church council. I also served as a pulpit supply pastor at several local congregations within the U.C.C..
I am happily married to my wife of over 42 years and have two grown children. In my life I have worked for two major bearing and power transmission distributors for over thirty years and spent time as a firefighter and a paramedic. In my leisure time I enjoy woodworking, golf, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
As pastor of Steuben, I invite anyone who is seeking a place to worship God and Jesus to join us at 10 a.m. Sunday morning.
